How do I obtain a quote?


Simply send us your artwork, the garments you're interested in, your required quantities, and any deadline you may have. We'll put together a tailored quote based on your needs. You can email hello@shirthappens.com.au

What printing methods do you offer?

We offer DTF (Direct to Film) which is printed in house on our Epson F2260.

How long will the print last?

When cared for correctly, quality garment prints can last for many years. It's best not to tumble dry or bleach.

Can you print full-colour designs?

Yes. DTF printing is particularly well suited to vibrant full-colour designs with fine detail and gradients.

What file types do you accept?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG are preferred. We can also work with high-resolution PNG, PSD, and JPG files.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

For tees and hoodies, you can order as little as one each. Hats and umbrellas do have a MOQ of 5.

Can I order just one shirt?

You sure can.
We offer solutions for one-off prints as well as larger bulk orders.

Do you offer bulk discounts?


Absolutely. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost generally becomes.

How long does printing take?

Generally, we like 10 business days to complete a run. If it's a one off, we can usually tuck these in and around larger job.

Production times do vary depending on the order size, garment availability, and current workload. We'll always provide an estimated turnaround time when quoting.

Can you help create or adjust my artwork?

Yes. We can assist with basic artwork adjustments and preparation. More complex design work may incur an artwork fee.

Which garments do you recommend?

For most businesses and brands, we recommend AS Colour garments due to their quality, consistency, and excellent print results.

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes, however all BYO garments are printed entirely at the customer's risk. As we cannot verify the garment's composition, condition, or previous treatment, Shirt Happens cannot guarantee print results on customer-supplied items.

Can I see samples before ordering?

We have a range of AS Colour garments to view. It really does help to touch and feel in real life - perks of having a bricks and mortar store!

Do you offer express production?

In many cases, yes. Rush orders may attract additional fees and are subject to capacity.

Do you ship Australia-wide?


Yes. We regularly ship orders throughout Australia. We can also ship internationally.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you're more than welcome to pop into the shop to pick up your order and say G'day. The shop is open from 9.30am - 5pm Monday through to Thursday and 9.30am - 4pm on Friday (we don't mind an early start to the weekend!)

What happens if my garments are out of stock?

We'll contact you to discuss alternative garment options or revised delivery timeframes before proceeding.

How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash.

Do you require payment upfront?

To secure a job, a 50% deposit is required to be able to commence ordering of garments and printing. The remaining balance is due upon collecting or for the order to be shipped.

Care Instructions

Cold machine wash.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry unless specified.
Do not iron directly over the print.
Line dry where possible.

Can you match our business branding colours?

We do our best to achieve colours that closely match your branding. Exact colour reproduction can vary depending on the printing method and garment colour.
